Join winemakers Paeton Bangart of Firehouse 5 and Angela Jacobs of The Blending Room on a culinary journey that starts with a spectacular fireworks show over Manson Bay. There are 26 seats for this dinner. Gratuity is not included.

Starter Course
Smoldering Prawns and Andouille Sausage Skewers with Smoky Paprika Glaze (served at room temperature)
Passed with La Marca Proseco when guests arrive

Second Course
Smoked Gouda and Pear Salad, bitter greens, pears, smoked gouda, prosciutto, and spiced candid walnuts. Served with Sweet River Bakery Dinner Rolls
Paired with the Dior Riesling

Third Course
The Firehouse "5" Bourguigon - classic beef bourguigon slowly fired with wine, veggies, and herbs, served in puff pastry
Paired with The Blending Room Kamari Black Label Reserve Malbec

Final Course
Chocolate Lavender Tart with Fresh Berries and Whipped Cream
Paired with the Dior Red Blend
